Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped within 3 days of order receipt via USPS complete with tracking numbers for your convenience (I love the tracking tool so I can watch my package get closer and closer!).

Shipping costs: All shipping within the United States is $4.50.

International orders: Please contact me before ordering so that I may place your item(s) on hold and work out shipping costs.

Ordering: This site takes PayPal only at this time. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, it is a free service that allows online purchasing via credit and debit cards. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. You do not need to be a member or join paypal to place orders.

Return Policy: I take special care in my packaging to ensure that breakages do not occur during shipping . However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.

If your items break due to poor craftsmanship, I will do repairs at no cost to you. If your items are damaged because your 9 month old found it sparkly and grabbed it off your neck (like my daughter likes to do) or any other negligence, repairs will be performed for a small fee. Please include your original receipt when returning your items. Please take care when wearing my jewelry (no mud wrestling please) and handle them appropriately.

Despite the photographs and item descriptions given on my site, if you are just simply not happy with your order, email me to let me know and return your item(s) within 5 days in their original condition and packaging, including your receipt. I’ll give you a full refund but I’ll be ever so sad that you didn’t like your goodies.
