Shipping: I am now mailing twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday). I also reuse packaging when I can so don''t be surprised if your trinkets arrive in a recycled package.

Shipping costs:I now offer First Class shipping for $3.00 and Priority (for tracking purposes) and $5.25.

Return Policy: I take special care in my packaging to ensure that breakages do not occur during shipping . However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.

If your items break due to poor craftsmanship, I will do repairs at no cost to you. If your items are damaged because your 9 month old found it sparkly and grabbed it off your neck (like my daughter likes to do) or any other negligence, repairs will be performed for a small fee. Please include your original receipt when returning your items. Please take care when wearing my jewelry (no mud wrestling please) and handle them appropriately. All Storybook Charms are to be kept out of water.

Despite the photographs and item descriptions given on my site, if you are just simply not happy with your order, email me to let me know and return your item(s) within 5 days in their original condition and packaging, including your receipt. I’ll give you a full refund but I’ll be ever so sad that you didn’t like your goodies.
